TerribleI was told by one of the workers that a hat would be sent out, waited over six weeks, and nothing ever arrived. I followed up respectfully and still received no response. If something cannot be fulfilled, that should be communicated clearly instead of leaving people ignored after making a promise. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
